delivery time is dependent upon the shipping method selected. you may select from standard delivery (4-10 days), 2nd day air, or 3rd day delivery. credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. we use UPS as our preferred shipping carrier, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. we do not offer Saturday delivery. Some orders maybe shipped using USPS, depending on delivery address. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. you will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada is by Standard delivery only, and the average delivery time is 5-10 business days. Please note that orders to Hawaii are shipped using USPS.
standard delivery orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. orders that are placed Monday-Thursday before 1:00 p.m. CST will be processed that day, not including holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed on the following Monday.
2nd Day Air
all second day air orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Second Day Air orders confirmed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the following business day. second day air orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays). second day air is not available for Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

- Return Policy
- all returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. items purchased between november 27, 2009 and december 25, 2010 will be eligible for return up to january 15, 2011. merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, in any original packaging, unwashed, and unaltered. any items returned without original packaging, i.e. shoeboxes, etc. will . all sale items 30% or more off are final sale. footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postage labels. damages to or omission of this box from your return may result in a fee. upon receipt of returned merchandise, oak has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. please refer to ?how do i return an item? for specific instructions.

Thank you for shopping with AREyouAshowOFF.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it or refund your payment within 14 days of the shipped date.
Returns/exchanges are ONLY accepted within 14 days of the shipped date.
You may not return or exchange: sale items, cosmetics, jewelry, lingerie, I.D. cases, sunglasses, and gift certificates.
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped).
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox with out damage to the box.
all returns must be authorized by AREyouAshowOFF.com. please send a return request to returns@areyouashowoff.com with purchase order number and specific items requesting to be returned. upon receipt of a return authorization # from AREyouAshowOFF.com complete the merchandise return/exchange form (sent with original package) and enclose with your return/exchange. If you have lost your original invoice please email us at orders@areyouashowoff.com so that we can send you a duplicate. all articles that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time in one single shipment. pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible and mark your RA# on the outside of the box. send pre-paid and, insured is recommended to:

AREyouAshowOFF.com will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
when your return is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. we will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2-weeks for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. store credits will be issued for gift returns or upon request.
how do I make an exchange?
You may exchange an item for another size or even a completely different item. To ensure that your item is not sold out, please email us or call us toll free (877-RUA-SHOW) to hold your item(s). For exchanges, there is no additional shipping charge. We will pay to have your exchanged merchandise shipped back out to you.
